You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license solely for viewing, calibrating personal gaming setups, and using the tools for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service in any manner that could:
- Damage, disable, overburden, or impair any ProTier Lab server or network.
- Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to extract data, tool outputs, or site assets in bulk without express written permission.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the website backend infrastructure.
- Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized commercial redistribution.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties (“As-Is”)
The tools, calculators, and hardware benchmarks provided on ProTier Lab are delivered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
While we strive for 100% mathematical fidelity based on actual game engine parameters, game developers periodically release updates, camera changes, or modified FOV scalers that may impact sensitivity calculations. ProTier Lab does not warrant that tool outputs will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly compatible with every third-party hardware configuration.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ProTier Lab, its founder Muhammad Fahad, nor its contributors or affiliates, be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use this website or its tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
